The purpose of the Quality of Work Life Task Force is to evaluate general opinion through surveys by making recommendations regarding the quality of work life for all George Mason University employees.
The QWL surveys are developed and distributed in an effort to gather the broadest possible input from the members of the university community in order for Task Force recommendations to be consistent with university needs.
The Task Force acknowledges the importance of creating value and balance for the working individual through a supportive work environment. This enables employees to focus on creating lives of balance and productivity.
